• Bouquet: intense with notes of red fruit and violets, slightly spicy;
• Taste: fresh and harmonious with hints of red fruit.

Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C

Serving suggestion: Excellent with earthy hors d’oeuvres, as well as with a good charcuterie board.
It also goes well with white meat, especially if grilled or roasted. Try it with chickpea and chestnut porridge.
